Putting out kids course controls. A tricky balance to hide them enough so passersby won’t steal them, but not so much that kids can’t find them. Mostly successful.

Gorgeous day out, only +2C but sunny and no wind.

Took it easy, but encouraging that the time was OK and I really am thankful to be able to run without calf pain - yoga, stretching, massage, strength and ice all coming together to help, as well as only using the standing desk for an hour at a time.

Wore compression socks again, which on balance probably do help. Perhaps Kenny could add a tickbox for these in the training session detail, alongside "Grams of food consumed during run" and "Layers worn (top)". Although I'm sure there are better candidates for inclusion.

New loop of the park with Abi, who really had to convince me to go off the normal tracks but I guess it was nice to go somewhere else for a change.

Pushed quite hard in places but felt pretty decent.
