I have a 'city bike' subscription which I use to get to/from work plus extra bits when needed. While I don't do anywhere near enough training, it does at least add a little bit of exercise as I do tend to give it a good go.
This is the total for this week (over 9 sessions), which was longer than average due to some meetings in different places

CBA to do any hills, so did a flat slowish loop along the Thames. Bit windy and too many little niggles, but overall ok
