Along Palmyra, joined the rivers behind Rondebosch Checkers then the usual river route

Relaxed ride with Meg and Anna. Testing out my back - still a little stiff, but not in spasm, so really happy about that

Out towards Tokai, exploring some smaller paths and back home

Feeling fine. Struggled a little taking deep breathes, but got into it as the run went on. The main issue was really tight calves

Up Gibson, down Rosmead, past the sports field and then onto the Ommiedraai route
