H1 at Malmalling NE.
Nice course but only me Liam and Tom doing it and Liam skipped the final loop. Thinking of doing the H2 rather than the H1 at Kenine Hill because it seems likely to be more competitive.
I had a pretty clean run, just little hesitations on a few controls, nothing significant. Legs felt pretty good but the left Achilles was a bit sore from pretty early on.
Good effort from Matt to win the H2 by over 10 minutes on a tough area in his first bush run in over 15 years.

Went to Reabold for Liam's pennants and nobody else was there. Turned out they had cancelled in advance due to the rain forecast but hadn't told us. No sign of any rain so I hit with Liam for a while as a substitute. The women's team was there and looked likely to complete all their singles at least.
