Cycling (mtb) 2:10:00 [3] 3000.0 km (3 / km) +650m 3 / km

Pentlands mtb, first shorts and t shirt ride of the year :) Out to Swanston and along to the top of the downhill trails at bonaly. First time down new trails is a bit scary, especially solo, didnt know what was coming! Some pretty steep sections, very loose and rooty. 3 laps, didn't have the legs to cycle up the climb so it was a push job. Then along to torduff and through the fields to Harlaw, so busy! Up maidens and along the saddle back down to Bonaly and home WoL and canal. Only had a banana and some juice in my water bottle, extremely under-fuelled by the end. Hadn't anticipated on doing more than 1 lap of the dh trails.

Harbour Hill and Capelaw from Bonaly with Luke. Gorgeous dook in Torduff with Kirsty and Caitlin afterwards, found some good jump spots.
