Had a very relaxed run. Plan was to get through the race without any hip flexor pain. If it hurt I had to walk. Luckily no pain so managed to jog most of the course. Lost 30sec at #4 - I don't think all the bare rock was mapped. Otherwise no problems and apart from looking like a porcupine at the end I enjoyed it. Came 2nd, a looooong way behind Salome.
