Red course at Chatfield, after helping with CSOL registration for about two hours.

I made a dumb trail-selection error on the way to #1, but otherwise no big mistakes. And I wasn't dead-last this time -- yay!

Still feeling kinda sore today (two days later) from covering this longer distance.

Pro-tip: put sunscreen on arms, even on a cloudy day. :-P

- Several membership updates & confirmations.

- Manual registration entries for several people who missed the deadline, and for a big group.

- Lots of emails.

- Created a new database table to house our list of e-punch stick numbers. Confirmed missing / malfunctioning stick numbers w/ Doug & Galen.

- Created a new database table to house OE2010 course/class details for each meet.

- Wrote new HTML & PHP code to allow e-punch stick list CSV download by anyone, on RMOC web site (for assigning out sticks, inventory, etc.).

- Wrote new HTML & PHP code to allow course / class CSV download by anyone, on RMOC web site, for import into OE2010 for event setup.

- Wrote new SQL and PHP code to auto-assign e-punch stick numbers to all pre-registered runners who don't have their own stick (CSV download already on web site) -- I have previously always done this by hand, which was a big pain in the ass.

- Data entry for all CSOL runners.

- Created OE2010 Entries and Classes files for e-punch team for meet tomorrow.

- Created & printed start cards for regular entries and CSOL entries.

- Created & printed rosters for each school, to facilitate check-in and e-punch handout tomorrow.

- Sent summary email, links & OE2010 files to volunteer team.

- Printed receipt forms and "request for invoice" forms to have on hand for school groups tomorrow.

- Printed CSOL rules to have on hand for scoring & awards tomorrow.

- Jogged a half mile and then did some walking to warm up.

- Four sets of: five minutes at 5K race pace / three minutes recovery.

- Jogged 0.75-mile and then walked some to cool down.

- Walked to & from Michael's to get some extra steps.
