IOCT (Tumbling,Rope Climbing) 1:20 [3]
Climbed ropes several times over. Performed the IOCT and practiced tumbling events.
At 1600 I will perform the Arvin gym tour:
3 sets 10 pull-ups(assisted if needed)
Run down to basement floor…jog length of basement floor, after jog, do high knees, butt kicks, bounding for the length of the hallway.
Run up Stairway to Heaven Hard, jog easy back down, run up Stairway to Heaven Hard one more time. Jog to 62 room with mat.
On Mat 50 AB crunches. Get drink.
Practiced IOCT after. The shelf, high beams, and vertical wall.
