easy 10 out and back along the canal. legs fairly flat the whole way but not awful and just able to get it done. 10 mins of tempo on the way back to make up for the bits missed yesterday, felt chill enough but did have a big tailwind the whole way which was nice. hr generally high, maybe just the effort going into the wind, either way not too worried has been normal every other run this week, will just keep an eye on it. ankle most good, bit achy but not feeling too damaged

Attempting to find the most mulgrave woods similar loop in market Harborough so a hilly, muddy semi-rough loop seemed to do a decent job. first 2 decent, not moving amazingly but able to grind it out but then went over the R ankle (again) midway through the last rep. Lots of swearing and frustrating but hopefully not too much damage. Was ok on the shuffle back, just the same inside of ankle that was sore a could weeks ago being unhappy again

pleasant plod along the river. feeling ok, enjoying the slow pace. lungs feeling a tad off but other than that seem to be unscathed by the illness. huge numbers of punters along the river, run clubs seemingly good for the sport
