Orienteering (hanging/vetting) 1:00:00 [1]

Setting up some controls, and general terrain run out at Grand Beach. AR clinic went real well.....33 participants. All my planning was worth it as I exposed a lot of people to the sport.....hopefully some come back.

R Toe is still quite tender and tough to run on. Almost rolled my ankle a couple times since my running stride has changesd. Need to ice/rest it.

Checking control location for my clinic/meet on the weekend. Added some new trails and adjusted the veg in spots. Still lots left to do. Toe loosened up soon after starting. Out for 2:10 total.

While kicking the ball (or attempting to) I hurt my big toe on my R foot. Pushed it back and sprained it I think. Hurts big time.

3-0 win tonight. Nice to play with only one sub...out there most of the time and sat very little. Ran hard most of the game and had lot sof chances....3 posts 2night:)

Fort Whyte sprint. Weather held up for most of the day, rained hard half way through. 10 people out.

Leisurely ride around GC. Getting chilly out, and dark way too early.
