Still sick and staying home from work.

Probably a very bad idea but went to the gym to lift weights with Andrew. I was hoping some exercise would help me feel better, and it did for a few hours.

Another cold has hit me and this one even worse than the one I had earlier this month. Probably the same cold as just been incubating and waiting for me to become vulnerable again. I guess the one ride into work that I did this week must have given it the chance. I felt fine that day but that evening started to feel sick again. Now I've had to take the day off from work and try to rest. Also, the area got hit with its first big snow storm of the year today.

Finally back on the bike to ride to work. It was cold - around 26 degrees as I left the house.
