Note

Busy day...Tyler had Basketball at the Y at 11:00, then my nephew had to race his pine wood derby car at noon...got up there to see his race (he placed 1st in his pack)....then off to sign Tyler up for Twin City Little League Spring session....back to pine wood derby to see my sister race in the leader race (she got last place and a pie in the face), then Tyler ran his car in the outlaw division...he finished middle pack.

Then off to a wine tasting event with some friends in Bloomsdale, 4 wineries - 10 taste, $10.00...we had a great time and some really good wine. I think the ball club made a good amount of money on the event and the wineries seemed to sell a lot of wine. Then off to the Orris to catch up with Dan, who had went to a Wild Game Dinner. I ended up twisting my ankle as I went down some steps (I was sober because I was DD) and it hurt BAD!!! I kept laughing trying not to cry.

Finally a day I can really get a decent workout in...I really wanted to make 12 miles...but just couldn't get it in. Might try to get another small workout in later this evening.

Note

Snow day because our roads are not plowed at all...will try to make it in tomorrow which is a good thing...I want to eat all day when it is cold and snowy outside...but have so far not fallen to comfort food.

Down 27lbs since October. Muscles are really starting to take shape in my legs, arms are doing ok...right is much better then my left...abs..ok at this point, but still need more toning.

I have pink eye....so not sure I will follow up with another work out later tonight or not as the sweat kind of irritates it.

Seems like forever since I have gotten to work out. Work has put a slight damper on that...they are having all salary employees move to a manditory 10 hour days 5 days a week, which isn't bad but when you drive an hour one way...by the time you get dinner ready, spend a few minutes with the family, and try to keep up with laundary...doesn't leave much time for a work out..but looks like the icy roads may allow me to get a long workout in tomorrow.
