A lot of driving and spectating the 13 Valleys Ultra. Extra day of rest for the shins, Knee feeling very nice kinda forget it existed.

Feeling the shins a bit more today than normal, going to take an extra day off tomorrow. Probably because I ran harder than normal yesterday. Could feel the left shin which is a bit odd but hopefully it's just a thing that goes away. Didn't get the best sleep last night either, unfortunately.

Pushed a little bit harder on the first bit. Physically feeling really really bad. Loads to build on when feeling 100%. Could have been masked by the circuit training yesterday as the calves were definitely not great, hamstrings too.

Can feel the cold on my chest a little bit but not to much, could have been covid as lost my smell a bit. HR zones completely wrong so changing it. Shins felt worse than before but to be expected after a illness.

Took an extra rest day as still not feeling back to normal and don’t want to over do it. I will do the strength training tomorrow and continue from there.

Got quite a nasty cold, definitly affected the chest so taking some days off to recover properly. Made the shins flare up a bit but mostly settled down now. May have to skip tomorow as well but going to see tomorow. If I have any doubts then I'll skip it. Really don't to overdo it at the moment.
