Rolled my ankle bad after my race still feel it let’s hope it doesent effect my next few races

Hardest I have ever pushed myself for a race made myself fight through my ankle pain knowing I would probubly mp during one race this week so I tried as I started the Advil kicked in and I was able to run was happy with how fast I was going and only realized after that I ran to the wrong control and miss punched the race still happy with my time but disappointed that I injured my self and worsed my ingury
