Still sick InSan Diego, Starting to feel a bit better. Danger of this virus spreading seems to diminishing. I was hoping to get into some nice workouts down here, since there is a great 5 mile loop all on wood chips. Doesn't see to be in the cards.

For the past few days have been In San Diego with a bad cold. Taking Tamiflu and other medications. Drs orders are to stay in bed.
