Nice day for a walk :) Sun came out but it was still pretty muddy, and a very nice park. Messed up on #10, thought I was further up the trail than I was. Then going to 18 I was off and took a while to find what I needed. Still had a good time today!

Icy, crunchy run - amazingly I was pretty much on most controls except for #13 - I didnt see the rootstock from the direction I came in and had to run around some - lost about 5 mins. I still wasnt running very much but more than I have recently, so I think that the treadmill sessions are helping me - they will continue. Showed off a little of my audio 'compass' project - it will get much better and I have high hopes for it :)
