Easy run along the greenbelt with Courtney. Some high cadence. Ankle felt quite painful at the start - same thing happened last year after I tweaked it.

Wasn't a great start to the run as I was annoyed that I had let the morning go by without really doing much, my water bottle leaked all over my pack and then I twisted my ankle 10 minutes into the run. Things improved after that and had a nice higher intensity section out and back on Tantrum (BP-10). Ankle doesn't feel too bad now - lucky I suppose.
Wamr up on stimulus with the dog then timed the TNT loop and then rode a variation to compare. Was trying to ride tempo for the first loop but seemed hard to get into that extra gear.
