Was no that motivated as it was raining but put on my sombrero and actually kept reasonably dry. 20 min warm up, 30 min BP-25 (4:49), then cool down. Need more base as speed drops and HR climbs too quickly still.

Was in Kamloops for the day - car was getting a service and the dog was at the vet. Went for a ride with Courtney from the dealer to Peterson Creek park. Trails were pretty dry and the cold night and our early start meant that the wet spots were mostly still frozen. Made it all the way to the waterfall on the west side and then worked our way back to the dealer through some private land I think on the east side. Nice to be out on the bike.

Excellent conditions today after a grooming and cooler night. Around the outside trails with some backtracking to find Courtney.

Road run up to Arrow heights and back. 20m warmup, 2x12m BP-20 with 6m rest, then cool down. Felt tired at the end.
