Classic ski 52:00 [3] 10.5 km (4:57 / km)

Much better conditions today. Slight cooling off and a grooming job did wonders. Felt a little more tired today but did go a little harder.

Not much exercise in the past week. Work has been busy with lots of extra am/pm meetings. Just today starting to feel like I have turned the corner on this infection too.

Conditions were not great. Warm and the dog loop had not been trackset. Very slow - couldn't even hit 10km/hr on the flats. Upper trails had a track and were alot better and faster.

Backcountry skiing 3:30:00 [3] +1300m

McGill Shoulder with Courtney, Chris and Brook. Skied the usual line that I ski in the glades and it was excellent. No tracks and sweet snow. Surprisingly large amount of tracks down the main chutes and the lower glades.
