Day trip to Kelowna to pick up my new canopy. Ran up Enderby cliffs trail on the way home. Surprised to see bike tire marks on the trail - had never considered riding it. It is a provincial park though so would require poaching. I think it would be a fun trail. Definitely some HAB sections (although I ran up the whole way) and a few hiking corners on the way down but overall the rebuilt sections looked like great fun.

Quick lunchtime rip on the TT bike with airport way TT. Wow this confirmed that I am not quite 100%. 1530 out, 1700 back. I think there was a slight headwind back but just no power. 4 min slower than my June time. Not sure what's up - I kind of feel over trained except I haven't been training for anything. This is the most I have ever ridden my bike by far though. Nice to get out none the less.

Such a nice day although got sucked into watching too much of the jays game. Left once they put Hawkins in. Reminded today that running feels good (as long as I am not injured). Note to self - run more regularly. Some road running to start waiting for the train to go by then toaster and 2km loop.

Note

4 hours of brush saw work on the Nordic trails (summer grooming). Surprisingly hard on my elbows it seemed. Pretty sore Monday from the combo of this and swimming.
