Heading to Salmon Arm for the weekend so rode a bit of the Larch Hills traverse along the way. Since we had the dog with us couldn't do the whole thing - drove up the 112 road and did two out and backs. Fun riding - the raspberry bill climb is a lot easier when it isn't super hot and you aren't already tired from the sicamous climb. Leaves changing colour and starting to fall making the sightlines better.
Macpherson with Courtney for the first half then rode home solo via Flowdown. Hands got sore - haven't ridden the epic for long rides lately. Hands have gotten used to the other grips perhaps.
Out and back on Airport Way. Steady zone 3 pace. On the way there rode a gear harder than I usually do, way back a gear easier. Both ended up taking about the same time. Intersting that maintaining momentum on a bigger gear actually didn't feel that hard to keep the speed up.

5km and inspiration woods. Felt better than last time which was positive. Seem to have slightly tweaked both ankles recently which is annoying. Knee felt fine during but now a bit sore after.
