Master's swimming. A good mix of IM today which was probably good for getting the arms back into swimming shape.

Easy, steady pace for the most part. I skied with no poles for the first 10 km (dog loop) and then with poles for the remainder. Conditions were a little sticky and slow.

Tough conditions given several cm of new wet snow. Things were OK for the first 4 km but worsened dramatically as my skins got wetter. Eventually I was skiing on a couple inches on snow stuck to my skins and had to stop every few minutes to knock the snow off. The right ski was worse than the right which was also annoying. Should have waxed the skins beforehand...

Easy ski with Milo. I was not feeling super energetic and my hip was a bit sore. Good thing that it doesn't seem to bother me during ski touring.
