Quick blast in the Redwoods with Neil later in the day after the heat had gone. Was an awesome ride, in Haro, through to Dimondback (going hard out on that), then Rock Drop and back via exit trial.

Felt good and smashed myself on Dimondback, felt real good

Run to get legs going again, run for about 15 mins round Blue lake and back, felt ok lake was awesome after run and that was at 7pm

Ride from olds place in Morrinsville. Feeling a bit better than last couple of days, went out round Kiwitahi, Kerone, Waitoa and Te Puninga. Mainly on roads covered in lychin, got to love the country. Was in new shoes which were a bit uncomfortable to start with until the softened up a little bit. Wind pick up while out and turned in headwind home from Waitoa.

Died big time about 5km from home, was cruising about 30km/hr then all of a sudden couldn't push above 18km/hr, felt like I was going to throwup while riding and stayed that way for a few hours after ride until I forced some food down.

Woke up feeling like shit, was same yesterday but not as bad. Really blocked up and tired. Sat on couch all day watching cricket

Legs feeling really fatigued, going up and down stairs all afternoon packing. Dont know if it is all the tramping around I've been doing on them or the pushing of harder gear yesterday.
