Great run with the ar boys in our backyard and gold to catch up with everyone afterward. Should do it more often. Likely will feel the chin ups and rowing more than the running lol

Snowshoe in to Hilton falls dragging little Gally in sled. When we got there the little one got hypothermic so I went alone back to car running with gally jr hauling to get there before he froze. Poor kid but made for a heck of a run on the trails back

Combination of three runs. First we went and did an adventure hike as it was described in the Collier Seminole park. 6.5 mile loop through nice trail and then ended up in bushwalking through mud and low brush. Mrs gally made sure to be right on my tail, maybe something to do with the Bears and panthers in the forest! We next did the bike trail which was a smaller loop that was more of the same but wide open. Finished by putting more miles back home to get some distance in. Good times in the Everglades
