Left hamstring and knee a little sore after yesterday's drive but no pain when I starting moving around. Lots of stretching today. Unfortunately the tight hammie meant I had to skip my departmental Bruce trail hike today.

last time i orienteered four days in a row was at Nationals in Whistler in 2014. that was such a great week of races and adventure tourism.

Harriman Training #3 at Rockhouse Mtn. An old US TT middle race that was kinda like a control picking exercise. why no longer legs? (I’ll talk about that on Thursday evening). Mostly jogged this. very pleased i was able to orienteer four days in a row with no knee pain. And with that I probably jinxed it. A fun two day mini training camp.

Harriman Training #2 on Surebridge Mtn with AG! Stellar terrain and maybe the first time I’ve run at that portion of the map. Another great course by BigE.
