Still not feeling great. Gulped down a bottle of Buckley's last night prior to going to bed. Slept well, but was feeling groggy on the bike.

30.2 KPH, on an uphill course, which was a bit stupid.
148 HR, high given the wattage.

Plenty of running this week, which may contribute to the reduction in Wattage. It may also have to do with the Tri Bike?

An easy run after a morning of brutal cycling.

It felt good, backed off and still had a quick easy 5:00 min pace going on!

Feeling like crap off day, was on an off the bike three times today, modifying positions etc. Still not comfortable, but getting closer.

Easy ride on the bike, just getting back into the swing of riding again. Especially a good ride after the last couple of days of running.

Easy run this morning with Blaire and Bruce, we trucked along at just over a 5:00 minute per kilo pace which was perfect after the last couple of days.

Feeling good at this point in the game. Legs are coming back to me.

Just sub 5 minute pace, even after yesterday's run.
