Easy to jog to Middle Head to burn off Father's Day bacon breakfast and make room for the lunch time Chinatown yum cha.

Back on the water for another season. With Annika busy on HSC, Tom stepping up from Junior sailing is well timed. Given he is taller (and stronger) than me he gets priority for the fun job of being on the wire and handling the kite.

Things turned out pretty well, and again surprised by how much work these things are.

Late afternoon run from work. Quite nice along the water at dusk. Cruisy warmup, 20min @ goldilocks pace and a few cadence drills to finish. Massive hunger flat towards the end.

Lite tempo 5k'er with a gradual increase from 4.15's to 3.50 by the end. Feeling a lot fresher than yesterday.

Nice to get out for a beachy. Headed south from Fishermans today down the coast track from Dee Why to Curly. Feeling flat and tired, and just happy to be out. Fun nostalgia running past the Austrian Bierhaus by the sea - still seems weird af.

Managed to get out for a spin finally. Health better and (optimistically) hoping that work will settle a little soon. 6km @ about 4.20's on the wharves. Comfy but will need to build back up to intensity efforts again.
