Went to Alnö and built controls for Sundsvallsträffen. Had planned a longer MTB session afterwards but the controls took longer time than expected so I bailed out on the MTB.

A golf round at Hassela GK (ede) with Petter, Susanne, Macke, Me and Sara. Nice course and pretty good game for me 33 points. Afterwards dinner grilling at Saras parents house... Nice day!

The cold was worst yesterday night, but now it feels a bit better. Not possible to train yet though... :-( Pity to miss three good sessions tuesday - thursday.

Woke up with a sore throat. Probably a cold on its way... Otherwise i was looking forward to the club intervals tonight :-(

I will start to note down the Golf hours aswell, just to keep track on how many hours i spend on Golf :-) Today i did a session at the Sköns range together with work people on the lunch.
