Annabelle's 4th Wainwright, up Latrigg with Rach and Vic. Bit blowy on top but the red jacket served its purpose well. Only one comment of how extreme it was on the top from a passer by on the way up, really meaning 'what the hell are you taking a baby up there for'.....
Exercises at physio including glute and calf test to exhaustion. Somehow no need to strengthen them in prep for running despite the year or so off running.... Separation of abs coming down well, level of belly button still 2-2.5 fingers but lower and upper much better, lower ones almost back together completely.
