Soggy run over the fields to Burneside and back via test centre to pick up lateral flow tests. So wet the river had escaped to quad height....Bit further than I envisaged, generally felt ok, pelvic floor ok but some pelvic pain towards the end which is a new thing.

WTRL TTT - first time in a long time we just rolled with it and didn't declare orders or times on front, pot luck but it worked out really well with each playing to their strengths and a fast time for most that had done it before. Light team with just 5, I was hanging on on the short sharp climbs then made up for it on box hill, much more my kind of effort. Thoroughly enjoyable.
