Strength Training 40:00 [2]
One of the workouts from the strength training book for runners that Bash recommended. Lots of single leg work and I was surprised how fatigued my muscles felt after only three sets. I'm not great at inventing and sticking to my own strength workouts so am going to plaster the basement / workout room wall with pages from the book (printed, since it's an ebook...just wanted to clarify that I'm not going to rip them out of a real book).
