FB level 9 - felt sluggish but good workout.

9 machines at Y - back handled them well. Continued recovery since early last week.

Map hike training for 3 kids and ranger's wife - with Anna's help, it was fun and all enjoyed it. Big thanks to Kevin T for working with Steve and two daughters on Orange+ skills!

Picking up Grunt controls. What a weekend to be at Hawn. Time to grade some tests :).

Amazingly, by end of each race, stiff back was better: run, adrenaline, and ibuprofen (Friday) are great therapy! and now back to too much sitting at work :( .

Goal: find a better balance.
