Had one lane completely to myself. Took advantage and did a 3km test swim. Conclusion: can stop train swimming, 3km are doable, but arms would not have held up much longer...

easy inline skate loop with M: Home-Aarau-Suhr-Buchs-Home. Does almost not classify as intensity 1, as the aim was inline experience and not training.

SOLA Stafette 10th (women) leg, 15./ ~900, winning time 32.12
The course was described as being 8.7/165m, my watch said 8.3/145
Lots of it downhill, was a fun race and my legs were ok during the race (during warm up and cool down I could still feel Thursdays race...)

Not sure if HR is correct, seems very high, but did not feel that high..

Zuger trophy in Baar, running with or behind Cedric
Did not want to go full speed , however, HR shows that I could not have gone faster (anaerobic threshold is at 181). I walked two steel uphills, even with walking at 184bpm. We would have been fast if we had not missed the path at two places resulting in 1km too much... This last km was especially hard...
