Note
(sick)

Well, I took three days off while feeling fine, and in that period, promptly got sick. The accountant in the office has been sick for the last week and was coughing up a lung, so its pretty much her fault. I think its totally irresponsible to show up to work when you're sick, it just spreads to everyone else.

The moral of the story: Never take rest days.

Running intervals 1:20:00 [3] 14.99 mi (5:20 / mi)
shoes: Inov-8 Roclite 320

Well, back at it. Funny how taking three rest days appears to be making me sick. Amazing. Still, went and did 5 x 10 minutes at FT training. Had an en masse watch catastrophe and all of us did about 14 minutes for the first one. That's when we discovered that at least three of the people in the group didn't have watches . How in the WORLD do you go training without a watch? I used to harass 13-year-olds at ski training if they didn't have a watch, and these adults don't? I should really join a track club or something.

Also, I've also gotten more intensive on Swedish learning, and can now count to five! Its.... [something], [something], tre, fyre, fem.

Shut up, I'm not a smart guy.

Which is why... I learn from wikipedia:

Nokia N81

Oh, Nokia, how you have fallen from grace. Your wacky N-Gage phone/gameboy/thing that wasn't good for gaming and wasn't a very good phone. On a more general note, I miss flip phones. I have a Sony Ericsson slide-y phone, and its fun, but I would totally eat up some sort of Nexus Prime Flip phone. Yeah, it probably have to be massive and weight several tons and have a battery life of half of 10 minutes, but... it flips!

Get on it, science.

Cycling 30:00 [1]

Spun on the trainer to warm up the legs for an intensive stretching session. Going to take two light days after 5 solid 10+ hour weeks. Would've liked a bit more progression in those weeks, but... didn't happen. Too many 7 work days /week.

P.S. Stretching doesn't count as training.

Wikipedia will be back when training starts again!
