Walking around in some fairly strong rain and wind before meeting Charles Jr for lunch in Tribeca at Khe Yo. In the course of this I stepped on a piece of plastic and saved myself from hitting concrete with a hard twist that aggravated the lower back and leg. So pretty uncomfortable and twisted, probably for a few days.
