Ride race (Mountain bike) 1:50:00 [4] 53.0 km (28.9 kph)

Great Bike Ride: on mountain bike, had a lazy patch in the middle of the ride but got my ass into gear on the second half and came home strong.
Time about 1:50 (over 20 mins quicker than last year)

Swim warm up/down (Pool) 25:00 [2] 0.55 km (45:27 / km)

Arena 50m pool. 500m freestyle, 50m breaststroke then bad cramping in legs. Felt better later in the arvo so well worth it.

Paddle (ocean) 1:05:00 [3] 8.0 km (8:08 / km)

Paddle with Steve from mindarie marina up to 2nd groin at quinns then back to mindarie for a few short sprints.
Fairly calm with a gentle swell, winds 10-14 N.
