Afternoon interval session with stevej and matsiv.
Liz made an offer on Matt's spirit after trying the 3 Skis before our session.

Paddle at Karri valley resort lake with Deb and Darren having a go on stevej's ski. (thanks steve)

Swim (Lake) 20:00 [3]

Swim at resort with Lily (7yr old daughter) holding on while doing breaststroke.

shoes: Keen Ridgeline

Hike on trails from farm to Pemberton pool, then with Deb for a short hike on Bibbulmun track and back to pool.

Swim (River/pool) 30:00 [3]

Pemberton pool is a dammed river with concrete surrounds and floor for kiddie pool, and approx 100m long by 25m wide in main section.
Did 10min of laps the 20min swimming with Chloe (5yr old daughter) holding onto my back while doing breaststroke (still laps).

Ride (Mountain Bike) 35:00 [3] 12.0 km (20.6 kph)

Similar ride to last one but with different trails.

Did well in tennis but he is 6'4" so not so good in bball

Run back on train line and trails from Lavender/Berry farm after eating the biggest most delicious berry pancake with 3 scoops of ice cream and mixed berry sauce.

Ride (Mountain Bike) 30:00 [4] 10.0 km (20.0 kph)

Ride on trails to Gloucester Tree then hill climb up nearby road (100m elevation within 1km) then back finding new trails.
