Paddle with Coach Jolt, Buff Jacko and Raging Ranga.
Some good tips and technique drills from Jolt.
A bit chilly to start with but it turned out to be a perfect morning for a paddle.

Quick swim while the girls played after lily's netball.

Night trail run with Jacko & Jolt.
No one feeling particularly full of energy so we turned earlier than usual.
The gel Jacko had at the half way point must have had oysters in it as he seemed to perk up a bit too much, making Jolt feel very nervous about the drive home.

Never quite found the same rhythm as last week, feeling a bit sluggish for most of the swim. I tried to remember some of the drills from the Tooms learn how to swim session, with a few good laps to give some hope that it will all come together at some stage.

Calves too tight from yesterday to do any real stretching.
Other than my calves my legs feel pretty good.
