Run (Trail) 56:00 [3] 10.0 km (5:36 / km) +92m 5:21 / km
ahr:143 max:166 shoes: Montrail Mountain Masochist

Early morning run on the Yabba dabba doo trail South of Hester Ave.
Took things nice and easy for most of the run only increasing the pace above comfortable for the last km.
Not too hot but a couple of sections were a bit steamy when away from any breeze.
Legs not feeling 100% but better than the last few runs.

Run before work, but not early enough as it was warming up and very uncomfortable with the only relief gained from running into the wind cancelled out by the increased effort.
Another shorter run just plodding along at a steady pace. Legs very tight again at the start but started to feel better towards the end. I managed to find a few sprinklers to run through which helped for a minute or two.

Very close to piking again after getting stuff done around the house after work.
I decidd to head out after the girls went to bed and committed to at least 1 lap around the lakes. Calves felt very tight throughout the run but made 2 laps and was glad I decided to head out.
I'll need to get a few more of these shorter runs done to get the legs feeling good again.
