After a bad day with my leg again yesterday, sometimes sharp pain, sometimes a deep ache, sometimes nothing, I decided to test it out again this morning.
10k out & back on the trail south of Hester ave.
Again some very mild discomfort at times while running, I stopped a couple of times to stretch. Calves, Quads, Hammies, Glutes and back all stretched as I'm not 100% where to trouble is originating from although I'm prettty sure it's my lower back.
I got through the run ok, able to pick up the pace a bit for the last km without any issues. Nice morning to be out.
Another massage appt tomorrow and I'll keep up with all the stretching & hopefully it'll go away soon.
