Originally planned to do a 15-20km easy run but for some reason I ended up doing a hard 10km instead.

Evening trail run with Jacko. 1 hr out & back North of Hester ave then 20 mins on the south side.
Steady pace, nice evening for running, not so nice for all the frogs Jacko was stomping on throughout the run.

Ride 20:00 [2]
shoes: Giant TCR C2

Warming up and cooling down riding around Butler & Jindalee with a couple of harder efforts but mostly spinning the legs.

Ride 39:38 [4] 21.95 km (33.2 kph) +136m
shoes: Giant TCR C2

I put in a solid effort from the roundabout near the Trinity sales office, up to the main Yanchep roundabout and return. I tried not to cook myself on the climbs, preferring to keep a more consistent effort rather than needing a rest after reaching the top. Although the wind wasn't much, on that stretch of road you feel everything so on the return leg I was needing to push a little harder to into the wind. The return leg is also slower due to the amount of climbing being greater.
