Afternoon run on the trail north of Burns Beach Rd.
I did a couple of loops while Deb & the girls walked out & back.
Legs still a little heavy but felt better than last time.

First run after some time off. 5 nights camping has left my back and neck a little stiff so I hoped this run would help loosen things up a bit.
Legs felt a bit heavy and some sore joints at the start but I felt better by the end of the run. I need a few of these short easy runs before going longer.
