shoes: Hoka one one Bondi2

Evening trail run. HR strap not working so I didn't worry about effort at all.
I picked up the pace a bit on the 2 bigger hills and towards the end of the run.
Legs felt ok after yesterdays run.

Early morning run on the Bib track from Kalamunda to the Camel Farm & return. Legs struggled a bit on the steeper sections but felt ok otherwise.
I had a quick toilet break & refilled my water bottle at the Camel Farm (stopped watch).
There was lots of leaves over the trail from the recent rain/strong winds making some sections a bit slippery. I had a few close calls and one fall. Luckily I landed on some soft ground, just missing a big rock.
Nice morning to be out running. (quads may disagree)

Afternoon run on the trail north of Hester ave. I haven't run on this section for quite a while & was very disappointed in the condition of the trail. Very sandy and overgrown in a lot of places, it was also quite warm running in the sun with very little breeze to cool things down.
I think I'll stick to the other trail at least until there has been quite a bit of rain to firm up the trail.

2x big hill near the end to get some elevation in an otherwise flattish run.
