Trail run on the Yabba dabba doo trail south of Hester ave.
Felt very humid at times but got some relief at the higher sections of the trail where a slight breeze helped.
I put in a pretty steady solid effort tonight & other than the usual early tightness the legs felt pretty good.

Run with Jacko from his place up to Craigie open space then back,
Felt pretty hot out still when finishing around 5ish.
Left knee started hurting on the drive home so ice & antiinflams. I think the last time it was sore was after a treadmill run. Yesterdays was only 20 mins, I hope it doesn't flare up into anything worse.

20 min easy treadmill run to warm up before doing some yoga.

Legs have been feeling very tight lately.
Struggled to get anywhere near the flexibility required for a lot of the poses.
Felt slightly better after.
