Kep recon #3, Wundowie to Mt Helena.
Pretty steady pace throughout & the left knee felt pretty good other than a bit more fatigue in the surrounding muscles compared to the right leg.
It was quite warm today with the exposed sections in the last 10k feeling a bit uncomfortable.

Evening trail run with Jacko north of Burns Beach rd.
Quite warm out there still & a little muggy in places.
Left knee/leg is feeling quite a bit better, not completely normal but almost there.
Should be ok for a longer test on the weekend.

ahr:136 max:150 shoes: Hoka Stinson Trail

Easy effort trail run south of Hester ave.
My daily roller/stretch/strength sessions have been slowly improving the knee but its still a bit wrong.
I thought I'd have a short run today because sore knee and no running make Dolf go crazzzzy!!!
Some tightness in the knee but no pain.
