Run with Jacko & Zara from his place.
He was easily convinced to lengthen the run from the planned 12km to 15km although I think that was about the limit for Zara today.
Legs felt pretty good.

It wasn't until I got to the trail this evening That I even thought about how much light I would have left to run in. I didn't even think about taking my ayups & after checking the sunset time I figured with some cloud still around I'd be lucky to get in a quick 6km before last light. I didn't want to risk being out on the trail when dark as I've tripped on enough rocks & roots even when I've had my lights. I decided on 5km to be safe. I ran the sandy trail north of Hester ave & made it in with a few minutes to spare. I was really focusing on the ground ahead during the last km & had a couple of close calls when I clipped some rocks but luckily didn't fall.
