Did the stretching part before getting on the treadmill.

Walked 5 at 4-4.4 mph, then ran 5 at 5 mph.
Repeated two more times with the last 5 minutes of running at 5.5 mph.

Felt pretty decent.

Oh, I forgot, I got up at 0640 during Spring Break to keep my appointment with PT Mike. If he wasn't so cute, I would have canceled. He poked my very sore hip. Agh! Ahh!

Spring break. Such a beautiful day, so there was no way I could skip a ride, though it was touch and go after a nap and getting side tracked by a computer project.

But, I pulled myself away and was happy that I did, despite the headwind the WHOLE WAY OUT!! And, if you read my log at all, you know I hate wind. But, as I was struggling out, I knew that the inbound trip would be the reverse, and it was. I felt like I was flying.

I was afraid that I couldn't make it up THE HILL, but when I got to the bottom I didn't even think about it and headed up. Oh, it was not easy, and I was breathing hard, but I didn't let my mind prevent me from getting to the top. Yeah!

Mostly slept to 10, 2 hour nap, 1 hour nap, early to bed - I feel almost normal again...
