Easy before and very slow afters - back pain (behind my lungs).

Very disappointing LT run - 17.26 for the River Loop and was 6.17miling according to MapMyRun. Felt tired and heavy... not helped by back pain behind lungs which affected breathing. Shame as such a lovely afternoon - 19c.

Nice steady trot thru GC, KS, CH, river and up to the Common. Back via Vineyards. Felt reasonable.

On CP Training in Huntingdon and had a luxurious 45mins with no kids or school to worry about so went for a great trot around the Oxmoor etc. Lovely, sunny early Spring afternoon.
