Good training to go at this speed round a course - been a long time since I did any real orienteering technique training. Got totes lost at number 3, which looks so easy now but didn't make sense at the time. 9-16 was soooo nice. Then a bit of a slog back.
Really painful trapped nerve/tight muscle. Same as I had last Saturday & it really hurts even just walking. Seemed to ease off after a few days last time but then flaired up as soon as I ran. Doing mega amounts of stretching & foam rolling - I sooo want to race this weekend :(
