Courtney and I went for a run at Elm Creek. I had to walk the last mile, because my left knee and hip were in pain. The pain started about 10 to 15 minutes into the run and continued to get worse. Hopefully this will not be a problem going forward. I will take a few days off of running to let it heal up.
I ran to the gym from our house, so that I could lift with Courtney.

Courtney and I lifted at the gym. My shoulder is quite weak, but I can build up my upper body strength again. I just need to keep up with the weight training.
